This very unique media event offers its exhibitors the opportunity to Speed Pitch a minimum of 20 editors from top-tier media outlets face to face.

Exhibitors will each receive 5 minutes of personal pitching time with each media outlet at both the morning and afternoon sessions. A product sample will be included in a media swag bag. Exhibitors will receive a gift card for the Hilton Marketplace restaurant for breakfast or lunch on the day of the event.

Since Speed Pitching® events allow exhibitors to carry only one product sample from table to table, we offer the opportunity to create a larger display of your entire brand’s product line. The table is located outside the room, next to the Beverage display. Signage will indicate that the Beverage service is sponsored by your brand. You do not need to be an exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity.

Additional food and or beverage items can be added to the service at the hotel rate.

As long as your display doesn’t interfere with the pitching process, we are always looking for unique ideas to decorate the room. In exchange for decorating our 15-18 media tables with a floral bouquet, or other themed décor, we will set product literature on each media table with a sign that the display was provided by your company. Signage at the media sign-in table will also be provided. You do not need to be an exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity.

Décor ideas must be submitted in advance for approval.

The fee to exhibit includes two company representatives, a spacious six- foot skirted table to showcase your products, a $20 lunch gift card per representative, and the media delivered right to you!

Also, the night before the event, we host a drink and appetizer reception. You will receive tips on pitching the media and be able to ask Amy Bates and Nicole Vance, owners of New Product Events, questions you may have on pitching, table displays, what to expect the day of the event, and how best to prepare for the day.

A contact sheet with all attending media will be provided to you after the event so you can stay in touch with the editors you meet. A contact sheet will be provided to all media attendees with every exhibitor's contact information, product information, and an image.

We provide a delicious lunch-on-the-go for the media with all the trimmings. Make an impression on the media by sponsoring the food and beverage station. Your brand will be provided a prominent place to set up a dramatic display of your product – in addition to your booth inside the event.

This is a great place to utilize display items, such as standing signs and multimedia presentations, which are not allowed at the exhibitors booths inside the event. Only one exhibitor will be offered this opportunity per event! Exhibitor registration is required.

Every media attendee receives a large tote bag to carry their samples. Our logo is on one side. Your logo can be on the other side. The media take these bags home and hopefully reuse them all year long. This is a great opportunity to have your brand logo part of their daily lives. We print 250 bags for each event and they all go home!

If you are unable to exhibit at the event, there's still a great way to get your into the hands of the media. Insert a sample and/or product literature into the media tote bag. You'll also receive a list of the media who attended the event and an online press kit. Only four media tote insert opportunities are offered per event. This opportunity is offered to non-exhibitors.

Registration Fees & Payments: Registration fees must be paid in full upon selection. Exhibitor fee includes participating in the event. The exhibitor fee does not cover other expenses, including but not limited to shipping, travel, Internet access, or equipment rentals.

Withdrawals & Refunds: Due to the need for brand and product diversity, once an exhibitor registers other brands are turned away, therefore refunds are not given for withdrawals from the event.

Event Cancellation: Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of New Product Events, including, but not limited to, labor strikes, terrorism, earthquakes, fire, and weather conditions, exhibitors will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

For circumstances outside of those listed above, New Product Events reserves the right to cancel any event at any time prior to the event. Should New Product Events cancel an event, a full refund will be made to the exhibitors for the amount paid to New Product Events at the time of the cancellation. Media outlets mentioned as part of the media panel are based on firm commitments on behalf of the media attendees. New Product Events reserves the right to replace media attendees as necessary.

Loss, Theft or Damage: New Product Events is not liable or responsible for loss, damage or theft of the exhibitor’s products or equipment at the event or in transit.
